Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026. This policy explains how ChampionChoice LLC (“we”) handles information when you visit ChampionChoice.

1. Controller

ChampionChoice LLC, 4137 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471. Email: ChampionChoice@proton.me. We are a small Illinois company. We do not sell personal data.

2. What we collect

Information you send us

If you write via the contact form or email, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use that to reply. We keep correspondence as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner and we have no legal need to keep it.

Information stored on your device

  • Age check — a session flag (cc-age) so we do not ask on every page load during the visit.
  • Cookie notice — a local flag (cc-cookie) so the banner stays dismissed.

Those flags do not identify you by name. They stay on your browser until you clear storage.

Technical logs

Our hosting provider may log IP address, user-agent, referrer, and timestamps to keep the server up and to diagnose abuse. We do not use that log to build marketing profiles.

We do not collect

Payment cards, government IDs, precise GPS, biometric data, or gambling-account histories. We do not run a player wallet.

3. Cookies and similar tech

First-party storage is described on our Cookie Policy. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on our own pages. Game iframes are third-party pages. When you press Play, the studio’s demo network may set cookies, measure session length, or record a demo user id. Those processors are independent. You can block third-party cookies in your browser; some demos may then refuse to load.

4. Why we process data

  • To operate a static website and reply to mail you send (legitimate interest / contract-like request).
  • To keep an 18+ reminder in session (legitimate interest in restricting the lounge to adults).
  • To secure the host against abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To meet bookkeeping or legal demands if a court or regulator lawfully asks.

We do not run automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

5. Sharing

We share information only with:

  • Hosting and DNS vendors who process it on our instructions.
  • Email infrastructure when you write to ChampionChoice@proton.me (currently Proton).
  • Authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share data with game studios unless you interact with their iframe, in which case you are dealing with them directly.

6. Retention

Contact mail: up to 24 months. Server logs: according to the host’s default rotation, typically 30–90 days. Device flags: until you clear them.

7. Security

Pages are static files. We use HTTPS when the production domain is live. No method of transmission is perfect. Do not send passwords or card numbers to us — we have no use for them.

8. International visitors

The company is in Illinois, United States. If you write from outside the US, your message is processed in the US. Do not use the site if that transfer is unlawful for you.

9. Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor contacted us, write to ChampionChoice@proton.me and we will delete the mail.

10. Your choices (US state privacy)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” for targeted ads. We do not sell or share data for ads. To exercise a right, email ChampionChoice@proton.me with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail to find your correspondence. We will not discriminate against you for asking. We may need to verify you control the email account that wrote to us.

If you are a California resident, this also serves as our notice at collection: we collect identifiers (name, email) only if you contact us, and internet activity (logs) on the host. We use them for the purposes in section 4. We keep them as in section 6. We do not collect sensitive personal information on purpose.

11. Do Not Track / GPC

Our static pages do not respond to DNT or GPC with a unique script because we do not run ad trackers. Browser settings that block third-party cookies will still affect game iframes.

12. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top is the version mark.
