Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 September 2026. These Terms govern access to the ChampionChoice website operated by ChampionChoice LLC, 4137 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to this document. If you do not agree, leave the site.

1. Who we are and what this site is

ChampionChoice is a social game lounge. We publish free browser demos and a pointer to Tower Dash on Google Play. We are not a casino, sportsbook, bank, payment institution, or gambling operator. We do not accept deposits. We do not pay winnings. We do not sell chips.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your place of residence. You must not use the site if social-style games are restricted for you by local law, an employer, a treatment program, or a self-exclusion list. We may refuse access without giving a reason.

3. Nature of the games

Games on this site use virtual credits. Those credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be redeemed, and reset when a session ends. A high score, a “win”, a multiplier, or a gold pile is part of the entertainment, not a promise of money.

Studio names, mechanics and art belong to their owners. We show demos for entertainment. We do not claim to be those studios. Tower Dash is a separate Android application listed on Google Play under package com.studiowildcard.ar. Google Play’s terms and the app developer’s terms apply once you leave our site.

4. Licence to use the site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to load pages for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not scrape, frame our brand in a deceptive way, overload the servers, reverse engineer our pages, or copy substantial text for another commercial site.

5. Accounts and payments

We do not require an account to browse. We do not process card payments, crypto, e-wallets, or bank transfers. Any checkout you meet after clicking through to Google Play or a studio demo is not our checkout. Do not send money to ChampionChoice@proton.me expecting credits or prizes — we will not honour that.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload game iframes, our host, or third-party studios.
  • Do not use bots to farm scores or to mask your age.
  • Do not upload malware through the contact form.
  • Do not imply that ChampionChoice pays cash or is licensed as a gambling house.
  • Do not use the site if you are under 18.

7. Third-party content

Iframes load from studios and demo networks (including Play’n GO, Mascot, Red Tiger / Relax, Inspired, Blueprint, Push Gaming and others). Those parties set their own cookies, logs and rules. If a frame fails, leave the page. We are not liable for downtime, regional blocks, or changes those studios make.

8. Intellectual property

The ChampionChoice name, layout, copy, and original graphics are ours or used with permission. Game titles and in-game art remain with their rights holders. Stock photographs are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences. You may not reuse our text as if it were yours.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free iframes, or fitness for a particular purpose. Social play is not a way to practise for real-money gambling and does not improve your odds anywhere else.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Illinois and United States law, ChampionChoice LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost time arising from use of the site or linked applications. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the site is limited to USD 50 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which is typically zero).

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify ChampionChoice LLC and its members against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of a third-party studio’s rules.

12. Changes and termination

We may change games, copy, or these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance. We may take the site down.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect our name.
